1. Overview

StatFlows is an all-in-one analytics platform designed to help businesses track website performance, understand customer behavior, and optimize conversion.

Users may sign up for a 14-day free trial. After this trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Services.

2. Accounts

To access StatFlows, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You agree to:

  • Keep your credentials secure.
  • Be fully responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Provide valid billing information when subscribing to a paid plan.

    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or misuse the Services.

    3. Free Trial & Subscriptions

  • Free Trial: New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial.
  • Subscription Required: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.
  • Data Deletion: If no subscription is started, all analytics data and account information may be permanently deleted within a few days of the trial ending.
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

    • 4. Data Collection & Usage

    StatFlows does not collect personal data such as names, emails, or contact information of your website visitors.

    We collect and process non-personal data for analytics purposes, such as:

  • Cookies
  • IP addresses
  • Browser/device details
  • Page interactions and session data

    • This data is used exclusively to provide analytics, improve our Services, and support debugging when necessary.

    We do not sell collected data to third parties.

    5. Cookies, Data Usage & GDPR Compliance

    Your Role (Data Controller):

    By installing StatFlows’ tracking script on your website, you act as the data controller. This means you are responsible for:

  • Informing your users about what data is collected and how it is used.
  • Handling requests from your users (data access, deletion, restriction of processing).

    • Our Role (Data Processor):

    StatFlows acts as a data processor. We commit to:

  • Processing data only according to your instructions.
  • Implementing strong technical and organizational security measures.
  • Assisting you in fulfilling GDPR obligations (e.g., handling data subject requests).

    • A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for customers who require additional contractual guarantees.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell StatFlows.
  • Collect personal data in violation of privacy laws.
  • Interfere with StatFlows’ infrastructure or security.

    • 7. Intellectual Property

    All content, technology, and branding related to StatFlows remain the exclusive property of StatFlows or its licensors.

    You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services.

    8. Disclaimers

    StatFlows is provided “as is” and “as available”.

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free performance, or that our analytics will meet all expectations.

    Insights are informational only and should not be relied on as professional advice.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by French law:

  • StatFlows shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim.

    • 10. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.
  • After termination, we may delete your data permanently.

    • 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time.

    Users will be notified of significant changes by email or via the Platform.

    Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
